To realize the benefits of coaching, a 3-month commitment is required. In 3 months, you will receive 12 coaching sessions, achieve tangible progress towards your goals, and feel inspired, empowered, lighter and more energized. Each session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Coaching sessions take place once a week over the telephone, so you can enjoy your sessions in the comfort of your own home. After 3 months, you have the option to continue coaching to achieve bigger goals and advance further, both personally and professionally.

Your coaching starts with a one-hour complimentary telephone session to determine if coaching is right for you, and to confirm your commitment to yourself, your goals and your coaching.

In this session, we explore the biggest changes you want to make, both personally and professionally, remove any barriers in the way of success, gain clarity on your purpose and vision, and set goals for the future.

Coaching is an investment you make in yourself, to learn, to grow, and to develop your ability to positively impact the world.

The Coaching fees are equivalent to a semester of higher education.

$1,000//mo. X 3 months minimum + 5% GST = $3,150.00 for 12 X 1-hour sessions.

Payment options include:

- An advance lump sum payment of $3,150.00 or

- 3 monthly payments of $1,050.00 each.
